Returns & Exchanges

At Cut Loose Merch, we want you to love your gear, but if you're not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We provide a seamless process to ensure you get the right fit or a full refund without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
